the “most powerful god-tier” is always the one that you can interpret more. They all are interpretative terms on the ways reality can be interacted with. The more you can flex a term to find an answer, the better it fits for you. I would say that the term that you think that its the most useful/desirable is the one that probably fits you best, as god-tier titles are meant to reflect on how someone tries to have agency in affecting reality, and the powers and concepts are a reflection on what the person has seen the most results/has theorized to be the optimal method to achieve their goals/feels most confortable with doing/fears the misuse of it the most/believes that its the best way to do it
