For the record, again, I don’t have anything against atheism, and I certainly don’t think that people calling themselves atheists have caused as much harm over mankind’s history as people calling themselves religious.
However, that is simply because people calling themselves atheists haven’t been organizing themselves as long.
For most of the world’s history people and nations have been religious, and when you call yourself religious its very important to justify yourself under the tenants of your religion, whenever you decide to go kill some people.
