Do you know what the Horrorterrors are exactly? If you do, what do they seek/want? Could you tell us everything you know about the Horrorterrors?

I am afraid that the Horrorterrors have not been the subject of the majority of my research, so I may not be of much help to you. but I will strive to do my best for the sake of you both, and any others who may be interested
The Horrorterrors are eldritch beings that exist outside of the medium, beyond the furthest ring, encircling us all. From my readings, I am not certain that they belong to the game properly, or are merely a condition upon it from outside- like dust in a cartridge- something outside the game that still effects it. They exist outside of every session, and outside of both time and space, ‘filling’ the unfathomable void between each session. If one knew how to navigate this logic-defying ‘space’ I believe one might even be able to travel to other sessions or even other universes.
The Horrorterrors bodies are at least semi-physical, consisting visibly of eyes, and mouths and teeth and reaching tendrils. It is hard to know where one of these entities ends and another begins. I have read that their bodies are partially on another plane, or consist of some material unobservable to people like us, which is why they appear so strangely. Their massive, groping forms can be seen from Derse, most clearly when the moon passes closest to the edge of the medium. As I have said previously, most Dersites do not make a habit of looking at them.
It seems that the Horrorterrors are intelligent, perhaps vastly more so than any known race, though their logic is utterly unfamiliar to humans, consorts and carapaces. Despite this, they do try to communicate with the inhabitants of the medium, most especially Dersite Dreamers. The communications of the Horrorterrors reach directly into the mind of the target, and are referred to as ‘whisperings’ by most. These whisperings are not only disconcerting but they can cause physical and mental discomfort; in extreme cases necessitating hospitalization for bloodloss or madness.
As for why they attempt to communicate with us or just what their agenda is, no one quite knows. There is a small cult which has arisen on Derse dedicated to them, and according to them, the Horrorterros oppose the creation of a new universe like the Dersites. However, I do not know if his is true, or merely the beings telling their ‘disciples’ what they wish to hear. I personally would tend to doubt the pure truth of anything these might say to me, and indeed I have been careful about shutting out their voices when they tease the edges of my consciousness.
It is my opinion that the best course of action as far as the Horrorterrors are concerned is to stay as far away from them as one can manage. I would advise you to remove your friend from Derse, or to try to occupy her in some other way, such as with heavy drinking, as is the Dersite way. If she starts to show signs of possession, I would advise you stay as far away from her as possible.
