JK Rowling just announced Prof Severus Snape’s birthday, and it’s Jan 9, making it only six days before my own.

So, to my favorite snarky Slytherin, who’s hairdressing tips I am proud to conform to, whose sexy sneer and sarcastic wit have kep me drooling for going on 5 years now, fondest brithday wishes.

Here’s to not killing the Potter brat, living through another book, getting over those bad childhood memories, and maybe even finding a little canon romance.
