How accurate would you say Homestuck is in terms of facts surrounding the game and the dream planets?
This is an interesting question. I hadn’t read Homestuck until I had been in the medium for some time, due to the strange way that our computers interact with the internet here.
In the main, Homestuck has not presented much flat out *wrong* information regarding the game or the dream planets- more, it is the fact that Homestuck has not presented much information at all about them. The comic leaves out much more than it describes- which is part of the reason for my blog describing Derse and the medium in detail.
I think the most ‘wrong’ information that the comic has presented is in portraying the residents of the medium of low or animalistic intelligence. In my experience ‘consorts’ have every bit the range of intelligence that humans are capable of. This of course, may vary from session to session.
