You are able to fly from Prospit to Derse, and vice versa. There is no ‘vacuum’ in the medium, there is breathable air the whole way, though it may be a long journey depending on how many planets are in your medium. Anywhere from several hours, to several days. I recommend dressing warmly over your pajamas, and packing something to eat on the way.
