I think its rude that you’re like “only I can be otherkin to APH Canada” like, there are other people that feel that same closeness to him as you do. Kin is mainly a coping mechanism. Yeah it happened, but immersing yourself in it is a form of coping. If people want to say they’re aph canada to cope with their problems fucking let them JFC.

Kintypes are literally a person. You’re basically taking the definition of kintype and pretending it’s something different. Kintypes are literal. If someone is kin of anything, they’re literally that, just not physically. Any other APH Canada fictionkin aren’t you just because of that. It’s okay to set boundaries and express discomfort with doubles, but don’t misconstrue what it means to be kin.
And anon, kin is not “mainly” a coping mechanism at all. I wish people would stop spreading that lie around.
Its extremely agravating to see such a majority of people completely clueless as to what being kin actually is. If its *mainly* anything, its mainly a spiritual belief.
