Literally is there like a comgender term for people that aren’t Otherkin like.
Let’s just make some more unnecessary terms.Otherkin isn’t a gender tho? People who aren’t otherkin are generally called non-kin.
Never said Otherkin was a gender.

By simplying not saying “I’m fishkin” or something, you’re saying you don’t have a kin type or whatever.Like the absence of the identity is already non kin. You don’t need to tell people you’re non-kin.
They’ll just assume it when you don’t say your kin types.Uh, yeah, obviously nobody refers to themselves as ‘non-kin’?
But the kin community needs a word to refer to people who are outside of it and calling people “normal” or “mundanes” or heaven forbid “muggles” is kind of stupid and also offends people.
Being non-kin isn’t an identity. Nobody tells people that they’re non-kin.
So comgender /isn’t/ an identity.
It’s just a word for agender people to use to refer to people who have a gender.

My personal guess/sentiment would be that comgender isn’t an identity but rather a category?? maybe?

Apparently this is “comgender”. I’ve never heard of it before, either.
So like I thought, basically a word to categorize people of all genders as opposed to agendered people. As in “as a comgendered person I don’t understand how agendered people….”
Sort of like “as a gentile, I don’t understand some things that jewish people go through.”
My understanding was that it was the equivalent of answering “yes” to “what is your gender?”. Though I’m not entirely sure I understand completely.
