Between the anti-kin, and the tumblrkin, sometimes I feel like there’s no one on earth I even agree with.
kin is not a gender
kin is not a mental illness
kin is not a choice
kin isn’t about what race, sex, culture, size, gender, ability, intelligence, language, shoe size, height you are.
Stop telling people that who you are as kin has ANYTHING to do with who you were born on this earth.

Show me otherkin in the DSM. Not a ‘delusions’ which can be a symptom of mental illness. Show me otherkin. In fact show me any academic source that discusses otherkin as a mental illness.
