there’s been proof of consciousness continuing long after brain death, to a point it wouldnt be possible for such a thing to occur, kids having scarily accurate memories and odd fears of things that occurred in past lives that they would have no way of knowing about otherwise, extremely and unusually unified nde images (which should honestly be wildly different considering the diversity of the species) and more

we are made of matter, of things infeasibly small
but what is consciousness then? that isnt made of anything
could it be that consciousness is part of a whole separate thing, limited by the complexity of our brains? who knows
