can someone explain to me why it’s like, most of the time, totally unacceptable to follow someone if you shared kin with them?
i’d be delighted if someone shared kin w/ me and wanted to follow like omg. why are people so violently defensive over that?
This isn’t most people, but it’s a significant minority. Its mostly a tumblr thing that’s sprung up in the last year and a half.
