“I experience X, X and X, does this mean I’m kin?”
The answer to this is literally always do some research off tumblr or at least on a reputable blog and do a hell of a lot of thinking. No one can answer that for you, no one can tell you you’re kin and no one can tell you you aren’t. It’s literally always up to you to figure this out. There’s no kin checklist that you can go through then add up your score to see if you’re kin. It’s a personal thing, you can’t ask someone else for the answer no matter how appealing that seems.
If anyone ever acts like they can answer that question for you definitively they’re out to hurt you in some way, even if only by manipulating you or looking like an expert when they’re not or trying to make you come to the conclusion they want you to. They don’t know your soul or your mind better than you, they never could. Do not trust it.
I get these questions so often, and my answer is always ‘I can’t answer that for you, but here’s some info so you can maybe help yourself’.
