i hate “mother privilege” your son is problematic feminism and i also kind of hate completely-obsessed-with-motherhood feminism, like mothers definitely deserve a lot of credit and are serverely undervalued but like… abusive mothers exist, mothers who are misogynistically abusive to their daughters exist, and i feel like this is so rarely acknowledged ever and idk…. i’ve seen posts suggesting that if you hate your mother you’re just a misogynistic brat who doesn’t understand what she sacrificed for you and i just wish people would think for 5 minutes before they say things like that. also lol @ dion the brocialist mocking people for not liking mothers day and comparing it to people who have a problem with blackout (ppl with abusive moms are analogous to white people in this scenario which makes like..negative sense)
