In the United States inciting people to commit suicide is considered “Lethal Advocacy” which isn’t protected by the First Amendment because it goes against the government’s compelling interest in protecting the lives of vulnerable citizens

In other words, if you tell someone to commit and they do it, it is considered illegal. : )

It’s also against the law in most countries of Australia to even tell someone to commit suicide in a harassing manner.

To those 14 year olds who were telling me to kill myself.
