@ other non-traumagenic systems

You aren’t harmful. You aren’t the reason why DID is viewed as such a ~controversial~ disorder. People who say that are just making up reasons to support their disagreements with non-traumagenic systems – that shit predates us, and the bulk of it was never about people who don’t claim to have been created through trauma, anyway??

You don’t have to hide away or lie about yourselves “for others’ sake” or anything. Because you aren’t harming anyone. If someone says “I don’t respect survivors because non-traumagenic systems exist,” then they probably didn’t need much of an excuse in the first place.

Your existences and attempts to describe yourselves accurately aren’t inherently ableist or problematic. It’s not ableist to question medical science or to want to distance yourselves from it. It’s not ableist to exist.
