This post made me want to cry with its insight and grace. There’s a lot you learn when working sex toy retail, but one of the most important concepts is meeting people where they’re at. We do no good — and fail at furthering our cause — by berating people for asking for the “wrong” thing, or for a thing that “doesn’t exist.”
