I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as SGRUB, is in fact, Incipisphere/SGRUB, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Incipisphere plus SGRUB. SGRUB is not a game system unto itself, but rather the interface component of a fully functioning Incipisphere system made useful by the Incipisphere planets, game abstractions, and predestination systems comprising a full universe as defined by Paradox Space.
Many users run a modified version of the Incipisphere system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of the Incipisphere which is widely used today is often called “SGRUB”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the Incipisphere, developed by Skaianet Laboratories.
There really is an SGRUB, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. SGRUB is the interface: the program in the system that exposes the universe’s resources to those who are destined to play the game. The interface is an essential part of a universe, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete universe. SGRUB is normally used in combination with the Incipisphere instantiation system: the whole system is basically Incipisphere with SGRUB added, or Incipisphere/SGRUB. All the so-called “SGRUB” distributions are really distributions of Incipisphere/SGRUB.
