He literally killed a human while on a Krakoan mission after accepting the laws as part of their amnesty. I literally do not understand what is so hard to get your head around. If you killed humans before you came to Krakoa, then yeah fine, but if you break one of the three rules of your amnesty then yeah, weirdly enough you go to prison.
Read that shit again, sailor. They LITERALLY came up with the laws DURING the trial where they condemned him. That shit ain’t right.
