multiplicity-is-a-spectrum:

1. You have no business posting anti-traumagenic material in traumagenic-only/mixed system spaces.

2. You have no business posting anti-endogenic material in endogenic-only/mixed system spaces.

3. Posting anti-any system type material at all is, in fact, disgusting.

Point being, though, stay out of tags that aren’t for you. If you’re going to post hateful garbage, why post it in the tags meant for the people you’re complaining about, except to be a jerk? Unless that is your aim, in which case, congrats. You’ve succeeded.

PS: systematicpride was made by a non-DID traumagenic system and is “mixed” territory.

no offense but why do y’all wanna have systems so badly and why do you like invalidating trauma victims by implying that disorders that occurred specifically as a result of their trauma can exist without it

like… y’all are so ugly and i get it you wanna be like… special or something but why would you be fugly and call abuse victims abusive/abusers for standing up for themselves and trying to keep people out of spaces in which they don’t belong

Gotta love the “no offense” in front of a post that is entirely and purposefully offensive. 😛 But seriously. Let’s take this trainwreck apart.

  • We personally don’t “wanna have a system”; we already are a system. We have been a system for over 25 years. No, we are not a traumagenic system, but our existence doesn’t at all invalidate traumagenic systems at all. How does the existence of endogenic systems invalidate the existence of traumagenic systems? Spoilers: it doesn’t. You’re all still just as valid as you were before.
  • Multiplicity is not, and never has been, a trauma-only condition. If you’re more than one person in one body, you’re multiple. If you’re multiple, you can identify as system. DID isn’t the be all and end all of multiplicity. It’s just one kind of it. Endogenic systems aren’t claiming to have DID. We’re merely stating the fact that you can be multiple without having DID. DID is still an entirely valid disorder, and an entirely valid part of the multiple community.
  • Multiplicity doesn’t make you special. Just makes you multiple.
  • Calling people “jerks” isn’t calling them abusive/abusers. We have in fact stated (in other posts) that saying “you don’t exist” to people is abusive. Because it is. Sadly, abuse victims can behave in abusive ways. Including invalidating the experiences and realities of other people. We say this as abuse victims of an abuser who was, also, an abuse victim himself. It happens. It happens in the multiplicity community. And it needs to stop.
  • Being a bully is not standing up for yourselves. Invalidating other people, degrading them, sending them death threats and telling them to hurt themselves, etc, for being within a community that THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO BE IN? Is not okay. Ever. Regardless of who is doing it. We should all be focused on lifting each other up, not ripping each other down.
  • Endogenic systems, traumagenic systems, mixed systems, systems who don’t know their origins, medians, all are part of the plural community. They all have the right to be within tags that are mixed territory. No, endogenic systems shouldn’t be in traumagenic only spaces, just as traumagenic systems shouldn’t be in endogenic only spaces. That was the entire point of our post. But the concept of multiplicity isn’t a traumagenic-only space. (Also, s/ystematicpride and a/ctuallymultiple are NOT traumagenic-only tags.)
  • The only systems we have seen trying to “keep people out of spaces” are people like yourselves. Different types of systems within the multiplicity community has existed peacefully, more or less, for as long as we’ve been on the internet– since the 90s. All this “fake system” nonsense is fairly new, and utter nonsense. Endogenic systems, overwhelmingly, just want to be allowed to exist in peace. Same as most traumagenic systems. Unfortunately, for some reason, a select handful of systems have decided they can decide who is “actually a system” and attack others over it.

You wanna talk about “ugly”, lemme tell you. It’s this kind of crap that’s “ugly”. And like we said, it needs to stop.
