can we stop perpetuating the phrase “healthy multiplicity” because the implication is that it’s unhealthy to have DID. While DID is definitely disordered and a mental illness, and I suppose the opposite of the word “ill” is “healthy” the implication is that we’re causing harm to ourselves by having trauma-based multiplicity. Can you remove it from your post, please so we can stop spreading it around?
