I have only ever briefly seen the Black Queen directly in combat, however that glimpse was certainly enough to make an impression. With the ring, the Queen’s power is terrifying. At base, she has access to powers of flight, inhuman strength and a ridiculously destructive energy attack known as the ‘Red Miles’ which has a range of literal miles.

On top of that, each prototyping adds more abilities to the Queen’s ring based on aspects given. A prototyped knife may allow her to manifest blades at will from different surfaces. A prototyped bird may enhance her powers of flight and her visual acuity- or it might even allow her to summon flocks of enraged avians. There is really no telling.

With the ring, the Queen is more powerful than any dreamer- even one who has fully realized their aspect. A single player has absolutely no hope of winning in a battle against her.

Disregarding the ring the Queen is a woman of absolute brutal cunning and enormous personal resolve. She is determined, tenacious, cold, ferocious and knows well how to command loyalty, and when and how to make sacrifices for the greater good. She has an army at her command and a vast network of spies. She is adept in a number of weapons that I have seen (whip, lance, and sword), and is immensely strong and fast even without the ring.

All in all, the Black Queen is not an enemy that you want to have, prototyped or on her own.
