1. Soulbonds are the spirits of fictional characters or other extraplanar entities that share headspace with people in this word (called soulbonding). It is generally a form of channeling/mediumship but it can be experienced similarly to multiplicity when bonds frequently use your body to front. It is a spiritual practice, not something scientific. Check out @soulbonder

2. Spontaneous integration is a thing that sometimes happens, even to DID systems.   I don’t have the energy to find you a specific source right now but I swear to you this is a thing that exists. Here is a link to a trusted DID tumblr referencing its existence. (link)

3. My being kin has absolutely nothing to do with multiplicity and I don’t feel comfortable answering questions about it in this context.

If natural multiplicity was a thing, and you legitimately had people in your head, you do need help, just like someone with DID, DDNOS, schizo, or anything else.

As I said in another post “

I have rarely experienced distress caused by being a multiple/having headmates, so I don’t want to call it a disorder and take up space and resources for those who actually experience their multiplicity as a disorder, or trivialize them by calling what I experience a disorder.”
