Heh, I hope this answer won’t be too boring.
As Ken, I had a crush on Daisuke for many years, and then had a relationship with my police partner (never shown in canon). Miyako and I were married for a little while but I’m ashamed to say it wasn’t a relationship built on love.
As Vriska, I had very love/hate feelings for Tavros for a long time, but we were a terrible couple. My primary love in that life was Meenah– I’m thankful that didn’t end how it ended in canon.
As Pearl, Rose was the first person I ever loved. Loving her stemmed first from my loyalty– loving her taught me what loving someone really was. And though it wasn’t the same love, loving her taught me how to love my fellow crystal gems, and, how to love Steven.
