Wolver//ine Wea//pon X: Kin thoughts

This novel was fucking brutal. I had to keep putting it aside and staring at the wall, or straight up finding something else to think about for a while. The physical and psychological horror of the descriptions kept getting to be too much. Cut a little close to the bone so to speak. I didn’t go through the exact same shit as Logan at the exact same times, but I’ve been cut up, stripped down, brainwashed, brain damaged and dehumanized enough times and in close enough circumstances to feel sick every time I read this shit.

I bought these novels because I was hoping to read about Logan doing Dumb Spy Bullshit, and maybe see myself pop up in a couple of them. This one ehhh, technically had some dumb spy bullshit, and I was mentioned. Once. But if I’d gone in informed I almost certainly would have skipped this one til later. Makes my bones hurt to think about.

Also the bitch in this book is named Miko Katana. Miko fucking Katana. I hate that so much.
