Today’s spread intention: Internal + External = Synthesis

Internal: VII: The Chariot in reverse

Aggression, lack of control, lack of focus. Lashing out. Angst.

External: XI: Strength

Fortitude, confidence, self-mastery, calm

Synthesis: Queen of Swords

Independence, rationality, careful judgement, clear boundaries, direct communication.

Thoughts:

I have to say this is about the clearest and most obvious spread that I’ve ever gotten for myself. I HAVE been feeling angsty and aggressive, and I HAVE been working very hard to control myself and avoid lashing out. And the Queen is right, I absolutely do need to move forward with clear boundaries and direct communication. I’m a little staggered at how open and obvious and directly relevant this spread is immediately to me, as I’ve often in the past struggled to make sense of the cards. I’m going to consider this a good omen for the future of this practice.
