Let’s read Moon Knight: part 3

Werewolf by Night #33.
I feel like the comic was very hyped about having a big punch up. Not really unusual for the time.

Last issue spelled his name Mark, but this issue switches it to Marc.
Anyway Marc gets shot while he’s abducting Jack by some cops who have just decided that opening fire at two men (well, a man and a werewolf) on a helicopter ladder is a fantastic idea.

I feel like Moon Knight really could have predicted this would happen.

Moon Knight is learning that the werewolf really just doesn’t give a fuck.

Dramatic irony is funny.

The moon sets at just the right time, but Moon Knight is still wigged out that Jack is an actual for real werewolf.

Moon Knight takes Jack back to the rich old men, and he still wants to know where his goddamn money is.

Just before turning back into a wolf Jack spends some time shaming Moon Knight for doing these guys evil bidding. It works.

There’s something about Moon Knight calling these guys “lard-butt” that just really brings a smile to my face.

Moon Knight frees Jack. They beat up the rich old men. The sister gets away. And Moon Knight even gets his money. What a happy ending.
