There’s absolutely no indication in the first episode that Marc is married and I have no idea where you got the idea that he might be. Also people can be polyamorous.
The people getting up in arms about shipping Marc and Steven in Moon Knight need to be aware that real plural systems can and do form romantic relationships internally between system members.
