Telling people that they’re not allowed to sexualize Steven or Marc– or that they can’t ship Marc and Steven together– due to their disorder directly contributes to a long-term social pattern of stripping mentally ill people of their agency and sexuality.
The way fans discuss the sexuality of characters can be offputting, but that is always true of any shipping or depiction of sexuality in fandom.
Telling people that Moon Knight is a special case and they can’t objectify characters who experience DID, while not objecting to the same behaviors when applied to non-mentally ill characters, is ableist behavior.
