You’re misusing the idea of a multiverse. Every POSSIBILITY can happen, not EVERY outcome. There is not a universe where everything is the same but the earth is a hot dog, or everything is the same but magic exists, because both of these are not a possible outcome.
Actually you’re wrong, they are absolutely possible outcomes. All it takes is a radically different set of physics dictating the universe in question. And you can get radically different sets of physics from tiny or dramatic changes at the very beginning of the universe/big bang.
