As a victim of serious emotional and psychological abuse for over two decades, I have learned to recognize it, and call it out when I see it.
You are incorrect. Systems can only be medically recognized if they form via DID/OSDD.
I am so, so tired of people thinking they can tell other people their headmates and system members are ‘fake’. How much more abusive can you get than telling people they’re a lie for attention?
